How to Edit Your Blog using Feature "Edit HTML"

Nice to meet you again, folks! Truth to be told, the title of this article seems hard for those who does not have specialized knowledge in Information System and Technology department. It is also same for me. I do not have any specialized knowledge in Information System and Technology. When making this blog, I met some difficulties and made me learn little knowledge about HTML, though I just study it in the most simple way, so do not hope much from it. Hehehe.

I use Blogger.com for my blog, so I will explain it using this. Please remember, I SUGGEST YOU TO USE THIS METHOD IF YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR BLOG EASILY AND CONVENIENTLY. To edit blog using Edit HTML can be done through your blog. It is located in Templates.

After you click "Edit HTML", then something like this will appear. Do not scare of it. It is not hard if you can, though most people without any specialized knowledge in Information System and Technology will have unique reactions when see this, so do I.

After that, open your blog and search what you want to change. Use "Inspect" feature by clicking Left (of your mouse). 

After that, something like this will appear again. One more, do not afraid.

The blogged area indicates the HTML of what you choose. You can change it in your blog, but it will not be saved. To make it permanent, go back to Blogger.com > Templates > Edit HTML. After that, you can search the HTML shown in the blog manually or just using CTRL + F after you click the HTML in Blogger.com.

After this, please pay attention to those, let's say it a "weird symbol" if you do not understand it (like me). 

1. Input Url of article that you want.

        HTML

             <a href="http://url-article">Title of Article</a>

        Change http://url-article with the url of article that you want.

        Change Title of Article with the title for that article that you want.

2. Input image for article that you want.

        HTML

            <img src="http://address-url-of-the-picture.jpg" title="Judul Gambar" alt="Judul Gambar"/>

        Change http://address-url-of-the-picture.jpg with Url of picture that you want.

        

Basically, that is all what I want to say. After that, you can try it by yourself if you want to change or input things in your blog. Please remember, I SUGGEST YOU TO USE THIS METHOD IF YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR BLOG EASILY AND CONVENIENTLY. Though it is fun if you try it for yourself. That's all from me. See you at next article!

How to Make Your Blog Interesting

Hi folks! Since I just make this blog recently, so I want to share some information about making a blog that is as interesting as (or more than) mine. There are a lot of things to do to create an interesting blog like the other bloggers have. I will explain mainly about blog created using Blogger.com. Here are some important points that you need to pay attention to make your blog interesting:

Template

To make the blog appear attractive, template plays an important role. In this part, you can modify your blog, start from edit the widget's position, manage the spaces in your blog, change the background's color, picture, etc. You can choose your blog's template from the normal templates that are provided by Blogger.com, although the options are limited. You do not like those templates and want an unique template to be used on your blog? No problem, I will provide you some advice and step to get template from other websites: 

1. Using Professional or Custom-made Template

In order to have an interesting template for your blog like professional bloggers have, then you must recreate your blog. It is not necessarily mean that you must change each of the code of script or HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language), because it will be hard and near impossible to do if you are not a programmer. The solution is that you change your current template with the new custom-made template. Here are the steps to do so, make sure you follow it thoroughly:

1. Visit websites that provide ready-to-use templates. For examples: btemplates.com and mybloggerthemes.com. I will use btemplates.com for next explanation.
2. Choose template that you like. I advice you to choose template that the size can be adjusted to all kind of gadget.
3. Try the demo of that template. It is important to do to see the real application of that template. do not just see the picture and screenshot. After that, decide to download it or not. 
4. Download – It is easy to do this step. I think I do not really need to explain how to do it. Just for a case, just find word ‘Download’ below the picture of the template in btemplates.com and the small page will pop up automatically that ask you to save the template to your computer.
5. Upload – After it is saved in your computer, now upload the template to Blogger.com. and it will automatically change your old template.
6. Arrange - Next, you just need to relocate and custom it to your preference.

2.  Using Widget

You may want to use some widget, but just make sure no too many because it will be a hindrance by slowing the loading process of your blog. I recommend you to only use widget for searching engine only, like Popular and Latest Article, Profile of Creator and Like, Fanpage of Facebook or Twitter if there is any.

To get those widget, it is already available at your blogspot. To do so, you just need to click "Layout" and then click "Add a Gadget". After that, choose the type of widget you want, custom it and click "save".

Apple tackles iPhone one-tap spyware flaws

Flaws in Apple's iOS operating system have been discovered that made it possible to install spyware on a target's device merely by getting them to click on a link.

The discovery was made after a human rights lawyer alerted security researchers to unsolicited text messages he had received.

They discovered three previously unknown flaws within Apple's code.

Apple has since released a software update that addresses the problem.

The two security firms involved, Citizen Lab and Lookout, said they had held back details of the discovery until the fix had been issued.

Rare attack

The lawyer, Ahmed Mansoor, received the text messages on 10 and 11 August.

The texts promised to reveal "secrets" about people allegedly being tortured in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)'s jails if he tapped the links.

Had he done so, Citizen Lab says, his iPhone 6 would have been "jailbroken", meaning unauthorised software could have been installed.

"Once infected, Mansoor's phone would have become a digital spy in his pocket, capable of employing his iPhone's camera and microphone to snoop on activity in the vicinity of the device, recording his WhatsApp and Viber calls, logging messages sent in mobile chat apps, and tracking his movements," said Citizen Lab.

"We are not aware of any previous instance of an iPhone remote jailbreak used in the wild as part of a targeted attack campaign, making this a rare find."

The researchers say they believe the spyware involved was created by NSO Group, an Israeli "cyber-war" company.

"[It is] the most sophisticated spyware package we've seen," said Lookout.

"It takes advantage of how integrated mobile devices are in our lives and the combination of features only available on mobile - always connected (wi-fi, 3G/4G), voice communications, camera, email, messaging, GPS, passwords, and contact lists."

This is in many ways a textbook case of the cyber security community acting precisely as it should. Researchers were alerted to a vulnerability, investigated it, and made Apple, the company responsible for fixing it, aware so it could issue a fix. Apple, to its credit, understood the severity and acted quickly - it took them just 10 days.

These types of vulnerabilities are rare and extremely lucrative. A genuine "zero day" - the name given to previously unknown security flaws - can be sold for upwards of $1m when it affects a major piece of software like Apple's iOS. In this case, it looks like several zero days were combined to make a hugely sophisticated attack package.

Now attention is shifting to the secretive organisation said to be behind the attack, the NSO Group, described by researchers as a cyber arms dealer, and described by itself as firm capable of being a "ghost" on victims' devices - working undetected but gathering enormous amounts of private data.

According to Privacy International, NSO Group has sold its products to clients in Mexico and in Panama - but little is known about other deals involving the company which is said to be worth more than $1bn.

Pressure is also being put on Francisco Partners Ltd, the San Francisco-based venture capital firm that has a controlling stake in NSO Group. It is yet to comment on the controversial attack.

NSO has issued a statement acknowledging that it makes technology used to "combat terror and crime" but said it had no knowledge of any particular incidents and made no reference to the specific spyware involved.

"These are rather rare zero-day flaws," commented security expert Prof Alan Woodward, referring to the technical name for previously unknown vulnerabilities.

"To have several found at once is even rarer. As can be seen from how these have been exploited to date, it represents a serious threat to the security and privacy of iOS users.

"Apple has been remarkably responsive in providing fixes for these issues, so I would encourage any iOS users to update to the latest version of the operating system."

For its part, Apple has limited itself to saying: "We were made aware of this vulnerability and immediately fixed it with iOS 9.3.5. We advise all of our customers to always download the latest version of iOS to protect themselves against potential security exploits."

With this CPC model, innovative ad technologies will automatically prioritize the shoppers with the greatest history of clicking on their advertisements, while minimizing or eliminating the ads served to online shoppers who have historically not interacted with the retailer’s banners – therefore saving retailers money by not serving advertisements to those who do not click. On the other hand, online shoppers simply do not have the time or interest in viewing or clicking generic ads that do not apply to their shopping tendencies.

èAdvertisers only want to pay for clicks that are driving sales, and consumers want relevant advertisements about products or services they actually care about. A study conducted by Preference Central suggests online consumers are growing increasingly comfortable with targeting and retargeting. Nowadays, many businessman or businessman posted their business to the newsgroups. But actually, you can’t just post your commercial content in that groups. As we know, there are some steps you can should know how you can market your product in newsgroups. If you already know how to post a commercial content in the newsgroups, i believe that you will not be violating the ethical principles. Because you how to post that commercial content in your newsgroups. If this is the first time you use newsgroups, you should begin by determining those newsgroups which may be helpful to your business and to which your company or product may be of interest. To ensure the newsgroup to which you wish to post allows these types of posts, be sure to check the newsgroup's FAQ or file of frequently asked questions. Monitoring the newsgroup for a period of time prior to posting is also recommended, in order to ensure you are reaching the correct audience and not ruffling any feathers.

According to Hafiz, if you want to make an online business, you must know first how to use the modern technology and what kind of way that we can use to make a better online business. He also said that online business sometimes also make some  disadventages such as the difficulties to promote his business when it first opened and also as you know that now there are so many online business that already exist in indonesia so we must have our own way how to make and run our business better than another online business.
